Substitute School Nurse

The Essex Westford School District is seeking on-call RNs to serve as a substitute school nurse.Essex Westford School District (EWSD) has an opportunity at Essex High School for a substitute school nurse to join the EWSD community. This position's operations include but are not limited to, following all COVID-19 health and safety protocols, triage, physical assessment, implementing health plans, responding to emergencies, and contacting parents, providers, and school staff as necessary.Pay: $300.00 per dayEWSD offers selected candidates up to a half-day of orientation before serving as a substitute.EWSD is willing to consider candidates who hold a valid Vermont LPN, CNA, LNA or EMT License and would receive a pay rate of $150.00 per day.Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:Qualified candidates must hold a valid Vermont RN license.Two years of nursing experience is desired.
