Role descriptionJob Role: Scrum Master / Project ManagerJob Summary:The Associate Principal will lead agile project delivery with a focus on stakeholder management project planning and schedule management to drive value driven outcomes Job Description:Lead and oversee multiple agile projects ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations Manage project schedules resource allocation and delivery milestones to ensure timely completion Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote value driven delivery across teams Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project health Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and expectation management Drive adoption of agile best practices and support organizational agile transformation initiatives Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and report status to leadership Roles and Responsibilities:Manage stakeholder relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for project updates escalations and feedback Plan and schedule project activities ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines Lead agile teams by facilitating sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and review meetings Oversee scope and change management processes to control project deliverables and minimize scope creep Identify assess and manage project risks and crises to minimize impact on project delivery Coordinate with multiple teams including developers QA and business analysts to ensure cohesive delivery Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements Mentor and guide junior project managers and scrum master’s to build project management capabilities within the teamOther detailsBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
