OverviewThe Big Sky Resort Housekeeping team is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Team Leaders who bring positivity, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for quality. In this critical role, you are the final checkpoint in ensuring our guest rooms are pristine and “Guest Ready.” You’ll lead daily operations for your housekeeping team, providing direction and support, all while helping to set the tone for a productive and team-driven work environment.ResponsibilitiesPicture yourself as a Housekeeping Team Leader at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:Start each day by guiding your team with a clear plan developed alongside the Executive Housekeeping ManagerInspect guest rooms for cleanliness, quality, and readiness prior to guest arrivalsProvide constructive, supportive feedback to your team to maintain high standardsCoordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance to resolve early arrivals, work orders, or last-minute requestsTake ownership of your assigned hotel section and lead your team through the day’s prioritiesSupport your team by jumping in where needed—stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking carts, or clearing hallwaysStep in to help other Team Leaders and assist with high-volume days to ensure success across the departmentLead by example and foster a spirit of collaboration, adaptability, and pride in the work we doQualificationsPrior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredHigh attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiencesStrong communication skills; comfortable using a two-way radio and speaking to individuals or groupsHospitality or resort experience is a plusAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysPhysically able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; may also involve sitting and typing for extended periodsAll full time seasonal employment at Big Sky Resort includes:FREE All Access Bike Haul Pass and discounted Golf PassDiscounted Golf and Mountain Biking for friends and family25% - 50% off Food and Beverage and Retail discounts at all Boyne outletsEligibility for affordable Team Member HousingLodging discounts for friends and familyFREE Basecamp activities including zip line courseWellness Day and Eligibility for PTOMonthly employee events
