We are looking to supplement our team of Growth Pros, as needed, with talented professionals.In an interim or project-based position on our flexTALENT™ team, you’ll have challenging and meaningful work with private equity-backed and privately held middle market to enterprise sized companies – helping them navigate their most complex challenges.Core Consultant Profiles We’re Targeting:Data & Analytics Consultants (engineering + insights)Business & Systems Analysts (process + requirements + translation)Technical Project / Program LeadersInfrastructure & Systems ConsultantsGeneralist Technology AdvisorsTypical Engagements Include:Integrating systems, data, and processes following acquisitionsAssessing and modernizing legacy systems to support growthImproving data architecture, reporting, and business insightsEvaluating and rationalizing applications, vendors, and licensing costsDeveloping practical technology roadmaps aligned to business prioritiesBridging gaps between business stakeholders and technical teamsOur Ideal Team Members:Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments and enjoy working on a variety of projectsHave experience with multiple industries, M&A transactions or private equity-backed businessesAre problem solvers who love tackling complex challenges with a hands-on approach, and making a real impactSkills & ExperienceWe’re looking for consultants who bring strength in one or more of the following:Data: SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder facilitationProject Management: Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, project planningInfrastructure: Cloud (AWS/Azure/etc.), networking fundamentals, systems administrationGeneral: Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsRequired Qualifications and Core Competencies5+ years of relevant professional experienceBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldSome data/analytics leadership / management experience commensurate with the client opportunitiesAbility to identify issues and find solutions through research and utilizing available resourcesHigh level proficiency in Data, Analysis, Project Management and/or Infrastructure systems/software/platforms.Strong analytical thinker with ability to see the big pictureStrong attention to detail with consistent follow-through skillsExcellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities at once and meet deadlinesStrong decision-making skills with ability to exercise good judgmentEnjoys working with multiple clients in a variety of industries, often simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with clients and internal teamsAbility to build rapport and gain trust with stakeholders in short timeframeAbility to work independently and adapt quicklyStrong client-facing communication skillsStrong project management skillsPreferred ExperiencePrior engagements in consulting or contract workExperience working with private equity-backed companies or growth environmentsExperience with mid-market ERPs such as NetSuite or DynamicsBackground in mergers, acquisitions and integrationsPosition Type / Expected Hours of WorkContract / project-based assignmentsProjects/interim work can either be part- or full-time, depending on the client's requests, with some flexibility regarding work schedule and locationFLSA Status: Hourly, non-exemptWork Environment / TravelThe work is performed on-site at client locations or remotely from home depending on engagement.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.Travel is primarily local during the business day; some out-of-town and overnight travel may be expected as determined by client needBenefits / Total RewardsGrowth Operators offers a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall wellbeing.
