Current technology at Spears includes a modern GE CT simulator, RayStation planning software, and an Elekta Infinity LINAC and added a Varian TrueBeam in 2024 to accommodate our expanding patient volume and technical needs. The ideal applicant has excellent personal and professional skills and a broad-based skill set in radiation oncology. Up-to-date experience with modern IMRT/IGRT techniques as well as SRS/SRT/SBRT is essential. Interest in leadership, quality improvement, and a culture of safety is also highly desired.
