Content Operations Specialist (In-office, Irvine, CA)
As the Content Operations Specialist, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the photography studio. This role ensures efficient workflow, management of content requests, coordinates schedules and supports photographers to deliver high-quality visual content to be used across a global organization. Responsibilities:Content Requests:Manage internal stakeholder content requests by receiving, reviewing and organizing briefs to ensure all submissions are complete and actionableCommunicate with stakeholders to clarify project details, timelines and deliverables as neededCoordinate the seamless handover of projects to in-house producers or studio teams providing complete documentation, assets and project briefsOversee and ensure the timely delivery of final marketing content assets to stakeholdersMaintain a centralized content request log to track submission status, priority levels and deadlinesFinancial Support:Support financial operations by coding and routing vendor invoices to finance for processingAct as point of contact for vendors regarding invoice status and payment timeframesTrack and maintain monthly budget expenditures, assist with forecasting and reconcile against overall team budgetComplete expense reports and maintain accurate financial documentationAssist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial summaries for leadership reviewProduction Support:Provide production support for in-house photo and video shoots, including schedule coordinationMaintain studio operations, manage inventory of studio supplies, order replacements as neededMaintain and update project trackers, workflows and documentation to ensure visibility across all active projects, while keeping project management systems current and accurateDesign and produce monthly presentations in collaboration with the team to showcase wins and learningsSupport post-production coordination including asset organization, file naming conventions and delivery to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system*Other Duties and Responsibilities as directedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field3-5 years experience in a Photography Studio, fast-paced, high-pressure environment3-5 years Experience with project management tools such as Creative Force, Workfront, Monday.com3-5 years Experience with SAP or similar financial systems, specifically invoicing functionsCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Experience in content production, studio environments or marketing teams/stakeholders preferably within sports apparel or consumer brands on a global scaleAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environmentStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders/vendorsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and achieving deadlinesMicrosoft Product knowledge and experience; Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPointPhysical Demands:Moderate Activity LevelStanding, walking, bending, liftingAbility to lift up to 30lb.Equal Opportunity Employer:ASICS Digital is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
