Job Title: Senior Industrial EngineerLocation: Easton, PASalary: $86,000 - $100,000 + 4%-8% bonus Summary:A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Engineer II for their Easton, PA facility. Responsibilities:The ideal Industrial Engineer II will have the following responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and assembly fixtures to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency, using 3D CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.Provide engineering support to production teams by reviewing designs, schedules, and specifications; assessing manufacturability; resolving production issues; and supporting new product introductions and training.Lead prototype fabrication, testing, and qualification activities, including directing model shop builds, developing test plans, and applying statistical methods to validate process capability and product reliability.Develop and maintain process documentation, labor standards, time estimates, and technical reports to support staffing requirements, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Identify, justify, and implement capital equipment and process improvements, including equipment selection, installation, validation, and training, while optimizing resource utilization across personnel, materials, and facilities.
