Our commitment to quality and efficiency drives us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee earthwork construction projects on site daily and lead a team of workers and operators. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with project managers to establish project timelines and allocate resources effectively.Utilize construction management software such as Egnyte for project tracking and reporting.Read and interpret plans/blue prints to guide team members in executing tasks accurately.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly.Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and mentoring.Fill out daily/weekly safety formsMinimum 10 years experienceSkillsCommunication clearlyRead and interpret survey stakesStrong understanding of GPS.Experience in supervising teams within a construction environment.Familiarity with commercial construction processes and methodologies.Ability to read plans and technical drawings effectively.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in the workplace.Ability to run a range of heavy equipment including, excavators, dozers, skidsteers, compactors/rollers, off road trucks, etc.Strong understanding of heavy machinery and basic preventative maintenance.OtherVacation time provided.Work truck provided, must provide a valid drivers license and have a clear driving record.Minimum 10 years experienceMonday through SaturdayWork performed outdoors in all weather conditionsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offAbility to Commute:Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Cincinnati, OH 45202: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
