Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of appliance repair technicians in the field, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Provide technical guidance on complex repairs involving appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems Review schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and develop effective repair strategies Monitor technician performance, provide coaching, training on new equipment or procedures, and promote best practices in safety and customer service Schedule service appointments for delivery drivers and field technicians, optimizing routes with box trucks or other delivery vehicles Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure quality control and accountability Collaborate with customer service teams to address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Skills Extensive appliance repair expertise across a variety of household and commercial appliances Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot complex systems effectively Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate diagnostics Field service experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC units, or equipment repair preferred Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar supervisory role within appliance or equipment repair industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles as a delivery driver is advantageous Knowledge of assembly processes for appliances or equipment maintenance tasks Familiarity with electrical systems related to appliances or HVAC units enhances troubleshooting capabilities Join us as an Appliance Repair Supervisor where your technical skills and leadership drive exceptional service experiences!
