Design, develop, test, and maintain features for a mission-critical telecommunications operations platform.Work effectively within a mature, approximately ten-year-old application and codebase.Develop backend services and application functionality using PHP and Laravel.Build responsive, maintainable user interfaces using Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Diagnose and resolve complex application, data, workflow, and production issues.Apply strong telecommunications knowledge to translate operational requirements into reliable software solutions.Use GitLab to manage source control, merge requests, issue workflows, releases, and development documentation.Evaluate existing functionality before making changes to preserve backward compatibility and operational stability.Participate actively in peer code reviews and provide clear, constructive technical feedback.Help quality-assure peer development through functional testing, regression testing, and validation of acceptance criteria.Collaborate with developers, quality assurance personnel, product owners, operations teams, and telecommunications subject-matter experts.Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical analysis.Create and maintain automated tests, technical documentation, implementation notes, and support procedures.Contribute to application modernization, technical-debt reduction, performance improvements, and architectural planning.Support production releases and assist with troubleshooting when operational issues arise.
