Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)Leadership & Administrative DutiesComplete on-call scheduleAvailable for on-call assignments as backup if neededPrioritize and manage daily and monthly tasksConduct employee evaluations (90-day and annual)Work closely with supervisor/manager to assist in employee coaching.Perform additional duties as required by state licensure laws or assigned by the CCT ManagerStaff Development & TrainingEnsure all training materials are accurate and up to dateConduct orientation, competency testing, and ongoing training of clinical staff at the direction of the CCT ManagerSupport orientation and training of personnel as directed by the CCT ManagerEnsure all clinician competency testing is completed in a timely mannerEnsure all staff are currently licensed in the states they practice Recruitment & StaffingAssist the manager with recruiting clinicians to fill open positionsClinical Support & Patient CareServe as a clinical resource for Murray operations staffProvide remote patient care and support via phone as neededConduct patient assessmentsProvide patient education as appropriateDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain documentation of all services provided and work performed in accordance with company policies and proceduresConduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standardsScheduling & Time ManagementTrack time and maintain/update PTO, FHL, and Flex calendarsQualificationsEmployment is contingent onBackground check (company-wide).
