Ski Technician Seasonal

We are seeking experienced, skilled and passionate Ski Technicians to join our team for the upcoming winter season in our Missoula store. As a Ski Tech, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their equipment is perfectly tuned and safe for the slopes, including; maintaining and repairing skis and snowboards. Your expertise and attention to detail will help our guests have an amazing experience on the mountain. This is a seasonal job from October 2025-April 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate customer equipment to recommend services and productsTune, wax, sharpen, and repair customer and rental skis/snowboardsMount, adjust, and test ski bindingsKeep manufacturer binding indemnificationComplete proper documentation on all repair agreement formsCheck all safety equipment daily for proper functionReport existing or potential safety hazardsMaintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workspaceQualificationsExtensive ski/snowboard experience and knowledgeMust be comfortable speaking to customers in a friendly and professional mannerStrong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools.Strong attention to detailMaintain a clean and safe workspaceAble to work efficiently with a teamStrong communication skillsWell-developed organizational skillsWork with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitudeMust be able to lift 45 lbsJob on LocationFull-Time or Part-Time Seasonal position from October 2025-April 2026What is the schedule for this job?Seasonal October 2025-April 2026, Full-Time or Part-Time, Sunday to Saturday.
