Strategic Relationship Analyst – Investor Relations

The firm invests across four core sectors: Business Services, Consumer Goods, Specialty Manufacturing, and Healthcare.Altura partners with management teams to support growth through a combination of capital, operational expertise, and an active network of advisors and operating partners.We are seeking an Analyst to join our Investor Relations team to support LP communications, fundraising initiatives, marketing materials, and investor reporting. This role is designed for individuals early in their careers who are looking to develop strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills within a private markets environment.Position SummaryThe Analyst will support senior team members across all aspects of investor relations, including preparing LP communications and reporting, supporting fundraising and capital formation efforts, responding to LP inquiries and due diligence requests, maintaining investor data, and coordinating and attending events. This individual will be responsible for producing accurate, timely, and polished materials that strengthen relationships with current and prospective limited partners.This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to private equity fundraising and LP relationships, working directly alongside the CEO and receiving hands-on mentorship from senior professionals. Key ResponsibilitiesLP Communications & Reporting: Assist in drafting and producing quarterly and annual investor letters, capital account statements, and other LP communications to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging. Fundraising & Capital Formation: Support fundraising efforts by maintaining pitch materials, track records, and investor presentations, and by assisting in the preparation of prospective investor meetings and follow-up communications. Marketing & Brand Materials: Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and other investor-facing content, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all deliverables. Track Record & Analysis Support: Assist in maintaining and updating fund track records, perform data analysis, and ensure consistency and accuracy across all investor-facing materials. LP Due Diligence & Requests: Support responses to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and ad hoc LP requests by gathering information, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring responses are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented. Investor Data & CRM Management: Help maintain accurate investor records within the firm’s CRM and data systems, track LP interactions and commitments, and support the production of internal reports on fundraising progress and investor activity. Investor Materials & Presentations: Contribute to the preparation of Annual Meeting materials, LPAC presentations, and other investor-facing documents, ensuring a consistent brand, tone, and quality across all deliverables. Event Coordination & Participation: Assist in coordinating investor events, conferences, and Annual Meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support, and participate in select events as appropriate. Data Room & Document Management: Maintain and organize investor materials within the firm’s data room (e.g., Box), ensuring all information is up-to-date, accessible, and properly categorized. Cross-Team Coordination: Work across internal teams to ensure consistency (“mirroring”) of data, messaging, and materials across presentations, reports, and investor communications. Investor Communications Support: Assist in drafting and refining investor communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with firm standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO on investor relations matters, while also collaborating with Partners, Vice Presidents, Associates, and the finance, compliance, and investment teams to support day-to-day IR execution. Qualifications· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a related client-facing finance role preferred (new graduates with strong academic backgrounds and excellent writing skills will also be considered).· Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., DealCloud), investor portals, or fund data rooms is a plus.· Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret fund performance data and synthesize information into clear, LP-ready narratives.· Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency across all investor-facing materials and communications.· Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional tone suitable for direct interaction with institutional investors.· Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and with external stakeholders.· Organization & Coordination: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate presentations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· Work Ethic & Curiosity: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven, client-facing environment.· Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
