This role plays a key part in moving data between legacy and modern platforms, ensuring data quality, and enabling analytics and automation through Python and Power BI.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data migration scripts, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows using PythonDesign, build, and optimize data models for reporting and analyticsCreate interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BIPerform data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading between databases, APIs, and enterprise systemsOptimize data processes for speed, reliability, and scalabilityWork with SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support migration and reportingIntegrate data from multiple sources, including cloud apps, on-premises systems, and flat filesCollaborate with business teams to define reporting needs and translate them into technical solutionsAnalyze data quality issues, reconcile datasets, and implement best practices for data integrityImplement automation for recurring data tasks and reporting workflowsMaintain documentation for data processes, source mappings, and migration stepsParticipate in architecture, design, and planning sessions for data modernization projectsRequired/Desired Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Python. Required: 7 Years of ExperienceProficiency with Power BI Required: 5 Years of ExperienceStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Ingres). Required: 7 Years of Experience.Senior-level experience writing optimized SQL queries and analyzing existing SQL queries to improve performance. Required: 7 Years of Experience.Solid understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, backend architecture, and microservices.
