Department StoresMiscellaneous Durable Goods Merchant WholesalersGrocery and Related Product Merchant WholesalersDrugs and Druggists' Sundries Merchant WholesalersAutomobile DealersPompano Beach, FL (Onsite)Spring Footwear Corp.About the RoleSpring Footwear is entering its next phase of growth across wholesale, e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart), marketplaces, and retail.To support this, we are building a centralized Inventory & Demand Planning function to bring structure, discipline, and visibility across the business.This role is not about maintaining reports.This role is about building the system that drives how the company plans, buys, and manages inventory.You will work directly with ownership and leadership to design and implement forecasting, inventory flow, and planning processes across all channels.What You Will OwnDesign and lead the demand planning and forecasting framework across all channelsEstablish S&OP cadence and weekly inventory disciplineBuild and manage OTB and inventory planning structureDefine and enforce channel allocation strategy and prioritiesImprove inventory turns, availability, and margin performancePartner with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Marketplace, Operations, and FinanceBuild dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that drive decisionsIdentify risks early (stockouts, overstock, missed reorders) and take actionDevelop scalable processes, SOPs, and planning toolsWhat Success Looks LikeForecast accuracy improvesInventory becomes balanced (less excess, fewer stockouts)Best sellers are always in stockAged inventory is actively managedWeekly decisions replace reactive firefightingOne version of truth across the companyWhat We're Looking For8–12+ years in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chainExperience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods strongly preferredProven experience building or improving a planning functionStrong understanding of: ForecastingOTBInventory flowChannel strategyExperience in omni-channel environments (DTC + wholesale + retail + marketplaces)Strong leadership presence - able to influence without authorityAdvanced Excel + ERP / BI systemsTeam StructureYou will work closely with:Internal Inventory Planning Lead (execution + reporting)Cross-functional leaders across all channelsWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of the business.You will help connect: Product → Sales → Inventory → OperationsAnd build the system that drives how decisions are made.
