Primary Care Physician - PT or FT
The Physician will join a dedicated team of healthcare providers andwill provide comprehensive and continuing care. This will includeroutine and emergency clinic care, support of health promotion andpreventative medicine. This person will support CHP\'s mission, vision,and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP\'spolicies and procedures. **Schedule:**Part-Time or Full-Time **PhysicianEssential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Participate in the practicecall schedule - Maintain board certification - Maintain all otherrequired certifications including BLS and PALS - Maintain patientmedical records within the electronic health record in a timelyfashion - Submit patient charges in a timely fashion - Support themission, vision and values of CHP - Be a community ambassador for CHP -Abide by all human resource policies including those pertaining toprofessional behavior - Participate in practice and organizationalmeetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportivemanner - Be a supportive and collaborative practice partner - Provideconstructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and organization -Participate in the peer review program - Supervise colleagues as neededCompetencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual shoulddemonstrate the following competencies:** Subject Matter Expert: - Is asubject matter expert and keeps knowledge current by attending requiredtrainings and meetings. - Knowledge of and respect for HIPAAregulations. - Develops innovative approaches and ideas.
