This individual will act as the lead programmer on-site, taking ownership of programming projects, machine setup, and quality output across CNC mills and lathes.What Youll Be DoingDevelop and edit CNC programs using MastercamSet up and run CNC mills and/or lathes, ensuring first-piece accuracyInterpret blueprints, shop drawings, GD&T, and job travelersPerform quality checks with precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipersDiagnose and correct machining or programming issues on the flyWork closely with engineering and quality personnel to enhance machining efficienciesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized machining areaWhat Youll Need to Bring3+ years working in a CNC machining environment2+ years programming with MastercamStrong grasp of tooling, cutting parameters, and material behaviors (steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.)Confident in reading technical drawings and applying GD&TAbility to work autonomously while being a strong contributor to a production teamBonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)Experience programming 3-, 4-, or 5-axis equipmentExposure to CAD platforms such as SolidWorksBackground in high-mix, low-volume production environments or custom job shop workWhy Partner With AMSCompetitive hourly compensationHealthcare benefits package401(k) participation with company matchPaid holidays and PTOCareer development with long-term growth potentialAmerican Made Solutions Proudly Staffing Americas Future.
