Construction Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Construction Contracts Manager to support large-scale construction and installation projects across North America. This role will focus on managing subcontractor labor and service agreements throughout the full project lifecycle, including bid support, contract negotiations, project execution, change management, and subcontractor performance coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting EPC, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects within fast-paced project delivery environments.This position works closely with project management, engineering, operations, safety, and commercial teams to mitigate risk, support contractor success, and ensure project schedules and contractual obligations are achieved.Key Responsibilities:• Manage subcontractor and service-related contracts for active construction and installation projects• Lead bid solicitation, bid evaluation, subcontract award, and contract negotiation activities• Support project teams with contract changes, scope modifications, and commercial issue resolution• Coordinate with operations and project leadership on subcontractor performance, risk mitigation, and escalation management• Review and negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and project-specific contract requirements• Support project delivery through close collaboration with engineering, project controls, procurement, and field teams
