In this role, you’ll manage maintenance and repairs and ensure quality of work done by outside contractors. A proactive approach will be valuable as you identify and implement areas for preventative and ongoing maintenance programs as well as stay continuously informed of the latest building systems and equipment technologies.Day-to-day, you’ll fix mechanical, electrical, and structural problems in the buildings, get bids on services from outside contractors, and collaborate with building security and janitors to ensure the accessibility and security of the building.
