Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN, for a Sales Lead. The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the store's daily operations, driving customer engagement, and meeting sales objectives. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, training and mentoring team members, overseeing store visuals and inventory, and ensuring excellent service experiences to align with the company's standards. This role plays a key part in fostering a welcoming and energetic environment for both customers and staff. Qualifications Customer service skills, including the ability to engage with customers and deliver exceptional experiences.Sales and retail experience, especially with driving team performance and achieving store sales goals.Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.Organizational skills, including inventory management and maintaining store presentation standards.Leadership and mentoring experience to support and manage team members.Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic retail environment.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to retail or management are a plus.Passion for creating a positive shopping experience and enthusiasm for the Southern lifestyle brands offered by Palmetto Moon.
