Tax Manager - Top 10 Firm
Overview
Ever thought about joining a firm where you can build toward partnership while still having real work-life balance?
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized public accounting platform within a close-knot office that offers the best of both worlds: the resources, tools, and credibility of a large firm combined with the culture, visibility, and collaboration of a smaller team.
This group operates with a true generalist model, giving professionals exposure to individuals, trusts and estates, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses. You won’t be siloed into one narrow piece of the tax function. Instead, you’ll develop broad technical depth, meaningful client relationships, and leadership responsibility.
The team is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager who wants to be hands-on, visible, and impactful. This is not a “back-office reviewer” role. It is a leadership seat with direct client access, mentorship responsibility, and a faster track to senior leadership in a smaller office setting.
For professionals coming from larger firms who feel siloed or buried, this offers the opportunity to own relationships earlier, wear multiple hats, and accelerate toward Director and Partnership based on merit.
