GENERAL SUMMARYProvides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.Acts as a patient advocate while utilizing the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate goal focused, individualized, safe, age specific care for all patients including those with complex pathophysiological needs and/or psychosocial needs.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDGraduation from an accredited school of nursing.Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.1-2 years of nursing experienceAdditional InformationOrganization: Henry Ford West Bloomfield HospitalDepartment: HFWB 1st Floor ICU (Medical)Shift: Night JobUnion Code: Not Applicable
