The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and production support across complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for resolving issues faced during an incident / Service Request where L2 teams need supportIn Depth knowledge on SAP HANA and hands on experience on HANADBExcellent trouble shooting skills and trouble shooting skills Adhering to SLAs on resolving customer issues and completing Service requests which need support within stipulated time framesJoining bridge calls where major incident has happened and LLD support is neededAppropriate hand over to next shift / region on the current status and analysisExcellent knwoledge on HANA and expertise in Sybase is an added advantageExcellent team contributer and create WIKI to guide L2 teams for repetetive issues and provide permenant solutionRequiredSkills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database AdministrationExperience working in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) or managed cloud environmentsExpertisein:HANA Studio / HANA CockpitBackup & RecoveryPerformance tuningSystem replicationFamiliarity with Linux/Unix OS administrationUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is aplusExperience in SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., S/4HANA conversions)
