This position provides technical leadership for complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and secure. The engineer works closely with development teams to implement cloud-native architectures and optimize system performance.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Kubernetes-based infrastructureLead network architecture and security implementationsOptimize system performance and resource utilizationImplement advanced monitoring and observability solutionsDesign disaster recovery and high availability solutionsLead Infrastructure as Code implementationsTroubleshoot complex system and network issuesMentor junior engineersSupport security assessments and RMF activitiesLead infrastructure-related technical discussionsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of system/network engineering experienceBachelor's degree in relevant technical field (or equivalent substitution)Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologiesDeep understanding of network protocols, routing, and securityExperience designing multi-cloud infrastructure solutionsProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)Strong knowledge of Linux system administrationExperience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)Understanding of DoD security requirements and RMFActive TS/SCI clearance with CI PolygraphMust be U.S. citizenSalary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
