This role is a critical resource focused on building, maintaining and supporting custom application versions across multiple business units. The role will be an integral member of the AEG Global Technology team and liaise directly with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their application needs. The role will also work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure that all standards and security requirements are met and delivered.Essential FunctionsAdministration, development and support of Microsoft Platforms Apps across various AEG entities.Provide support and administration of third party solutions.Maintenance of custom configurations within the Power Platform environment and Dynamics Platform.Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagramsEstablishes best practice for support of and knowledge sharing of the functionality of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.Support Azure Web App ServersWork with the AEG Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across the applications and datasets when using Dataverse.Required QualificationsBA/BS Degree (4-year) Computer Science or related technical area2-4 years Experience with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform preferredExperience working with Azure Functions and Logic Apps and Azure Web ServicesExperience of working with various systems integrations, including APIs, stream data sourcesExperience working with application managements lifecycle tools/source control, Power AppsExperience of Application Development, using C#, .Net and SQLExperience with Azure SQL DatabaseExperience with Scripting languages including HTML5, CSS, Node.js, and JavascriptExperience with Dataverse is preferredExperience with Typescript preferredExperience with Power Apps Pipeline preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organizationPossesses a balance of an analytical personality coupled with strong collaborative, communication, written and executive presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to lead projectsOrganized, diligently follows up on open tasksCompetency in Analytical Problem Solving, Product & Technology Expertise, Project Management, Strategic InsightsStrong understanding of Power Platform modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suiteMicrosoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Dynamics 365 related certificationsPower Platforms Fundamentals PL-900Microsoft Dynamic 365 Fundamentals (CRM) MB-910Pay Scale:$125,000.00 - $145,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.Benefits: Full-time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
