Marketing Manager

Company: Truman Mox, Inc. Location: Hybrid (Remote with periodic in-office collaboration) Truman Mox, Inc. is a nationwide machinery and equipment appraisal firm providing USPAP-compliant appraisal services across construction, industrial machinery, medical, and restaurant equipment. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing performance and help scale lead generation across multiple service lines and websites. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with proven experience managing paid search campaigns, SEO performance, and website optimization. You will be responsible for execution, optimization, and reporting, not just strategy. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC) and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, conversion tracking, and budget management Monitor and improve SEO performance across multiple WordPress websites, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and cost efficiency Optimize website performance, user experience, landing pages, and conversion paths Coordinate with leadership on marketing priorities, campaign goals, and growth initiatives Assist with additional marketing initiatives such as content planning, local SEO, tracking setup, and platform integrations as needed *Assist in other business operations as needed. Required Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (hands-on experience required) Demonstrated SEO experience with measurable results Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and conversion optimization Experience working with WordPress websites Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag management Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing PPC Accounts Experience with professional services, B2B, or lead-generation businesses Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location strategies Work Arrangement: Hybrid role: primarily work-from-home with occasional in-office or collaborative meetings Flexible schedule with a focus on performance and results Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow with a specialized, nationwide firm To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns.
