Telecom Foreman/Field Supervisor

Our work environment includes: Commerical and Industrial Buildings Growth opportunities Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems including, but not limited to, structured cabling systems, fiber optics, access control systems, CCTV systems, PA systems and electrical systems in commercial and Industrial enviroments. Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements. Perform construction estimating for low voltage projects. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure proper functioning of low voltage systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in low voltage systems. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge installing and troubleshooting of Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber Optics, Access Control and CCTV systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members.
