This role will focus on reviewing the current setup, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping drive a more mature and scalable security framework.Required Experience:Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust technologies and privileged access solutionsBackground in PAM architecture, endpoint security, or enterprise security engineeringExperience implementing least privilege, privilege elevation, and application control strategiesFamiliarity with security governance, compliance requirements, and audit controlsAbility to assess existing environments and recommend scalable security improvementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within large enterprise or highly regulated environmentsExposure to zero trust or identity security initiativesFamiliarity with security monitoring, reporting, and operational process optimizationConsulting or advisory experience is a plusResponsibilities:Assess the existing privileged access and endpoint privilege management environment and recommend improvementsDesign and enhance least privilege and controlled elevation strategies across enterprise systemsStrengthen application control processes including software allowlisting and execution governanceReview current policies, standards, and operational workflows to improve consistency and security posturePartner with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline access management, approvals, and audit readinessImprove visibility through enhanced logging, reporting, and compliance-focused controlsProvide guidance on best practices related to PAM, endpoint security, and zero trust initiativesCreate documentation, implementation recommendations, and future-state roadmaps
