This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to maintain seamless office operationsSupport the Office Manager with calendar management, scheduling, and high-volume meetings/eventsCoordinate office services, facilities management, and vendor interactionsAssist Project Managers with proposals, purchase orders, project schedules, and budget trackingManage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and directing inquiriesPlan and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, trainings, and eventsOversee catering, conference room scheduling, and event logistics (setup/teardown)Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutesMaintain office organization, including supplies, seating charts, and overall workspace appearanceProcess invoices, track expenses, and support budget monitoring activitiesCoordinate travel arrangements and itinerariesSupport onboarding/offboarding processes in partnership with HRManage office access/security (badges, keys)Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and general correspondenceCollaborate with building management on maintenance needsEnsure compliance with company policies and standardsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of office or clerical experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of accuracy and reliabilityProfessional demeanor with the ability to interact across all levels of an organizationHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExperience with PowerBI and Visio is a plusWhat We're Looking ForDetail-oriented and proactive mindsetStrong problem-solving abilitiesA dependable team player with a positive attitudeSomeone who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining qualityWhy Join Us?Collaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow within a dynamic organizationExposure to cross-functional teams and leadershipInterested? xevrcyc Apply now or message me directly to learn more!
