Responsible for scheduling appointments, contacting leads, managing outbound calls, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring that prospects transition seamlessly to the next stage in the sales process. The individual will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and provide an exceptional client engagement experience.QualificationsStrong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in organizing schedules, appointment setting, and time managementBasic understanding of sales processes and lead conversionFamiliarity with CRM platforms and ability to log and manage lead interactionsA proactive attitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and thrive in a collaborative on-remote environmentPrior experience in a sales or telemarketing role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or related education are a benefit
