Join the Alside team where you can be AMazing as we shape our future together.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the management and training of personnel to ensure the efficient completion of tasks assigned. This role is expected to be hands-on in all warehouse functions including the loading and unloading of product.Responsibilities Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient shift performance Supervise, train, and develop warehouse team members, including new hire and ongoing training Oversee inventory management and product movement using proper equipment and techniques Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor throughout the shift Monitor employee performance, providing coaching, recognition, and corrective action as needed Partner with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals Ensure a safe, clean work environment and compliance with all safety procedures and emergency protocols Perform other duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsLift or move up to 100 lbs.Standing, walking, and moving frequentlyQualifications Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with or without assistance, as applicable) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members Ability to read and understand safety policies and procedures Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen High school diploma or GED requiredAbout UsWhen you join Alside, you are part of a leading exterior building products distribution business serving residential and commercial remodeling and new construction markets.
