Position: Bookkeeping ManagerCompensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Edmond, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeping Manager to join their team!Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic accounting environment? You'll work closely with the tax team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records. This role is perfect for an expert in QuickBooks with strong leadership skills, ready to step into a key position within a respected firm.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Manage daily bookkeeping operations for multiple clientsReview and approve account reconciliationsEnsure accurate transaction recording in accounting softwareProcess payroll efficiently and accuratelyConduct detailed reviews of financial statementsCollaborate with tax team for complianceProvide training to improve team accuracy and efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvementsServe as point of contact for complex client issuesRequired Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceExpert-level proficiency with QuickBooksStrong knowledge of full-cycle accountingExperience in payroll processingAbility to analyze financial statementsStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience: CPA certificationExperience in a public accounting or multi-client environmentExperience working with diverse industriesPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information: Occasional overtime required during peak timesInterview process involves onsite interviewsWork schedule: Fully onsite, M-F, 8am-5pmIf you are interested in learning more about the Bookkeeping Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
