Proper Dress required and please submit an application with your updated resume prior to attending the interview session.Where: Bordeaux Branch Public Library4000 Clarksville Pike, Nashville, TN 37218Interview Times: First Session 10:30am-12:30pmSecond Session 1:30pm-3:30pmWhat will you do as a Youth Care Specialist for our youth residential programs?As a Youth Care specialist, you will provide supervision, support, guidance, and build a therapeutic relationship with the youth under your care.A typical day as a Youth Care Specialist will include engaging with youth in the program, providing direction, structure and support for their physical and physiological needs. Scheduling and participating in activities, ensuring the physical milieus remain clean and safe, completing daily documentation as required by regulatory standards and transporting clients as needed for appointments and activitiesThis position may require travel to various residential facilities within the Nashville area.As a Youth Care Specialist, you will work the below rotating schedule:1st Shift: 7am-7pm or 2nd Shift: 7pm-7amWeek 1: Monday, Thursday, FridayWeek 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, SundayWhat does this position offer?
