In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as the face of the operation—ensuring smooth, safe, and positive travel experiences for more than 45,000 passengers.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this is your runway to a rewarding career.What You’ll DoAs a Ticket Counter Agent, you’ll play a critical role in daily airport operations:Provide top-tier customer service for ticketing, check-in, and passenger assistanceManage baggage check and routing to appropriate destinationsIssue boarding passes and prepare passenger manifestsMake clear and timely public announcements for arrivals and departuresVerify passenger identification in compliance with security protocolsCoordinate with flight crews, operations teams, and airport personnelHandle delays due to weather or mechanical issues with professionalism and urgencyProcess claims for lost, delayed, or damaged baggageMaintain confidentiality of sensitive passenger informationSupport boarding procedures to ensure timely departuresAssist passengers requiring additional services or accommodationsCollaborate with airlines and airport teams during disruptionsKeep ticket counter and office spaces clean, organized, and professionalPrepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasksWork ScheduleFlexible shifts based on flight schedules:4:30 AM – 1:30 PM5:00 AM – 2:00 PM10:00 AM – 8:00 PMPrimarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekendsOvertime and holiday work may be requiredWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with public interactionAt least 3 years in a customer service roleAbility to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) badgeAbility to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, and holidaysThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
