We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Member Services Representative at our Waterford (M59) branch. This position has the opportunity to earn incentive pay.Position Purpose:Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served by performing a broad variety of member services functions.Job Duties (include but not limited to):Cross selling credit union products and services to provide high quality member service and reach credit union goals and objectivesOpening and closing membership accountsPerforms loan transactions from processing applications all the way to payout, following Genisys lending procedures and guidelinesEnsures that members' requests and questions are promptly resolved whether in person, over the phone, or via other communication methods.Ensures that the Credit Union's quality reputation is maintained and projected.Obtains appropriate state license to sell loan protection insurances.Qualifications:High School Graduate or equivalent requiredCustomer service experience preferredSales experience preferredKnowledge of lending processes helpfulSkills and Abilities:Good communication skillsProfessional appearance, dress, and attitudeGood math skillsAble to operate related computer applications and basic business equipmentGood typing skillsBenefits:Vacation and Paid Time OffHealth, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, & Short Term/Long Term Disability AvailablePaid Tuition to $5000 per yearBereavement PayHoliday pay at 8 hours per observed holiday401k up to 3% match and 5% Profit ShareDon't meet every single requirement listed here?
