The Inside Sales Manager will drive sales growth by managing lead generation for new services offered by the company, fostering customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful account management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and analyzing performance data to achieve sales targets.This is not a cold-outreach role — our customers already have an established relationship with us. The ideal candidate excels at upselling and cross-selling, understands relationship-based selling, and can manage a campaign-style sales effort with clear milestones and reporting.QualificationsExperience in Inside Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunitiesCustomer Satisfaction focus, including the ability to understand and meet client needs effectivelyProficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationshipsKnowledge of Sales techniques and the ability to mentor and manage a sales team to successExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsExperience in the healthcare or urgent care industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
