We're looking for a Team Lead Operations who can accelerate the transition from output-driven to outcome-driven work. Someone who embodies operational excellence, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and guides the team in a way of working that prioritizes quality, predictability, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoAs Team Lead Operations, you will build and lead the Operations department together with the local team lead in Rijswijk.You ensure our services are stable, secure, and predictable—and that customers know they're in excellent hands with Yuma.You're the link between team, customer, and organization.
