Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Worker role based in Westmont, IL. The Worker will be responsible for performing various landscaping tasks, including planting, mowing, trimming, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces. Additional responsibilities include operating landscaping equipment, ensuring worksite cleanliness, and assisting with garden installations or repairs. The position requires physical labor in outdoor environments. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeepingAbility to operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowersBasic knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniquesStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructionsPhysical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsBasic communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with team membersA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plusPrior experience in professional landscaping or related fields is beneficial.
