Train for systems.They can teach inventory tools and scheduling — they cannot teach hustle, grit, or ownership.The Role: Assistant Kitchen ManagerThis is a true leadership role, not a glorified floor position.You will:Own all BOH operations, with a relentless focus on consistency and executionLead, coach, and develop your team with clear standards and accountabilityUphold food quality, sanitation, and safety at all timesManage food and labor costs to budgetPartner closely with FOH leadership for a seamless guest experienceImplement and support systems, including Craftable inventory (launching soon — experience not required)This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-front role for someone who sets the tone every shift.Compensation & Benefits$70K base salary + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc)Strong internal promotion path as the company continues expandingStructured systems that support your success (not fight it)
