Solar Sales Assistant A Solar Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial solar energy systems. This role involves generating leads, conducting consultations, educating customers on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the purchasing and installation process.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new customer leads (door-to-door, referrals, events, or inbound inquiries)Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer energy needsPresent solar solutions, including cost savings and environmental benefitsPrepare and deliver sales proposals and financing optionsClose sales and meet or exceed sales targetsCoordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project completionMaintain customer relationships and provide follow-up supportBased out of Alhambra, CA (hybrid)Base salary + 2% quarterly commission of total team sales. Opportunity also for commission on solar system projects (outside of parts sales) = 3% total project cost on signed contracts and/or 1% total project cost for referrals resulting in signed contracts.
