You transport students to classes and work opportunities, encouraging them every step of the way. Whether you're offering hands-on guidance with vocational tasks, assisting with personal care, or helping students practice independence, you're part cheerleader, part coach, and 100% difference-maker. Your responsibilities would include monitoring the students while they complete straightforward tasks such as collecting trash from the offices, helping clean up in the cafeteria, or vacuuming and sweeping the hallways.
