Apprentice Tooling Technician

We are hiring an Apprentice Tooling Technician for our Ohio injection-molding operation. This is an entry-level, on-site role for someone eager to learn the tooling trade under our experienced technicians.What you'll do:• Assist senior tooling technicians with mold maintenance, cleaning, and repair• Learn to disassemble, inspect, and reassemble injection molds• Support the production floor by helping troubleshoot tooling issues• Keep the tool room clean, organized, and well-stocked• Build skills on shop equipment — grinders, polishers, hand tools, measuring instruments• Follow all safety procedures and on-the-job training requirementsWhat we're looking for:• Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn the tooling trade• Some hands-on experience with tools, machinery, or manufacturing (school, hobby, or work) a plus — not required• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site full time• Able to lift and stand for extended periods• High school diploma or equivalentLocation: Toledo, OHEmployment type: Full-time, on-siteThis is a great opportunity to start a skilled-trades career.
