Agronomy Sales Specialist

Job DescriptionA well-respected local ag retailer is seeking a Sales Agronomist who enjoys working directly with growers, building relationships, and providing trusted agronomic advice across Pennsylvania's diverse cropping systems.Key Responsibilities:Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products based on grower needsBuild strong, long-term relationships with local growersDevelop sales proposals, presentations, and contractsCollaborate with other agronomy staff on service and supportTrack and forecast seasonal product needsStay current on agronomy services and precision ag technologySupport grower success through in-field consultation and planningPreferred Qualifications:Degree or experience in Agronomy, Crop Science, or Ag Business2+ years of agronomy or ag retail experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locallyCompensation:Competitive pay + performance bonus, full health benefits, paid time off, retirement plan, and company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.If you're passionate about helping farmers succeed and want to work for a respected local company, apply today!
