Press Assistant

Press Assistant Auburn Hills manufacturer is seeking a Press Assistant. This position requires you to assist the Lead Pressman in the department with all assigned duties. This is an afternoon shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-1:30AM (4 10-hour shifts); pay starts at $17 per hour. Qualified candidates must submit a complete, up-to-date resume to be considered. Experience in manufacturing and press operation is preferred. Training for the right individual. Must have excellent attendance.Responsibilities:Mechanical aptitude is required.Running automated stacker/bundler.Loading bundles on pallets (with mechanical assistance)Hanging press plates.Loading rolls of paper on press.Quality control.Wash-up procedures.Standing entire shift.Ability to lift up to 40lbs.Must have excellent work history, attendance and reliability.Why work for Qualified Staffing?
