Senior Tax ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and consulting services. The ideal candidate will oversee tax planning, compliance, and advisory for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that they meet all regulatory requirements while maximizing tax benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the tax compliance process for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and high net worth individuals (HNWI).Review and prepare federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1120, and 1120S forms.Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments in tax practices.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance on complex tax matters.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance.Experience with high net worth individuals and partnerships is preferred.Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
