This role provides high-level oversight, ensures alignment of departmental initiatives with organizational goals, and drives process improvements across multiple teams. The Lead Manager supports the Director in decision-making, program execution, and staff development, while maintaining accountability for operational outcomes, supervising managers, and partnering with care teams to resolve complex issues. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in social work, psychology, healthcare management, or related field and experience. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or care management. Minimum 3 years of children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related human services field Proven experience managing multiple teams, may include managers Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred in social work, counseling, healthcare administration, or related field.
