Our ever-growing company is looking for a Backhoe Operator for our Plumbing Division to join our Team. Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable. The Backhoe Operator Helper assists the backhoe operator in daily operations by providing ground support, ensuring safety, and performing general labor tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Weekly hours vary and can include overtime and weekends. Overview of Duties Assist backhoe operator with setup and positioning Act as a spotter to ensure safe equipment operation Help with measuring, marking, and leveling work areas Load and unload materials and tools Perform manual digging, shoveling, and cleanup Maintain a safe and clean job site Follow all safety procedures and instructions Qualifications Basic construction or labor experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Willingness to learn equipment operations Team-oriented attitude Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods Ability to perform repetitive manual labor Be able to endure physical labor in Arizona’s year-round weather Individual will be subject to random DOT drug tests Benefits: We offer a full Benefit package to our employees including: Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance Critical Illness/Accident Coverage Company Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time 401k with Company Match Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
