What You'll Do As our AssistantBakery Manager, you'llpartnerwith theBakery Manager tokeep daily operationsrunning efficiently whilesupporting and developingour bakery team. Responsibilities include: Assist withoverseeing daily bakeryand café operations. Lead by exampleby supporting theteam in baking, decorating, merchandising, and guest serviceas needed. Ensure all bakedgoods, beverages, and cakes meetParis Baguette's qualityand presentation standards. Train, coach, andmotivate team membersto deliver exceptionalservice and productquality. Help manage inventory, ordering, production schedules, and product freshness. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery environment. Support scheduling, openingand closing procedures, and daily operationalgoals. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture. What We're Looking For Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or retailmanagementexperience preferred. Strong leadership andteam-building skills. Ability to thrivein a fast-paced environment whilemaintaining attention todetail. Excellentcommunication, organizational, and problem-solvingskills. Passion for freshbaked goods, hospitality, and delivering anoutstanding guest experience. Flexible availability, includingmornings, weekends, andholidays.
