Standard Job Description
Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time‑phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications
3 or more years of relevant professional experience with a relevant bachelors degree
Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including status updates, integrity checks, critical path analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and schedule performance metrics
Experience in developing, maintaining, integrating, and analyzing schedule related artifacts such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrate Master Plans (IMP), and Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost and Schedule integration
Experience in a schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, MS Project
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
