Minimum qualifications: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited university or college program Licensed by the State of Florida in the field Experience working with children with special needs, developmental delay or disability. Level II finger printing background Responsibilities and skills: Work collaboratively with a team of SLPs, PTs, and behavioral therapist. Interact respectfully with patients, parents/guardians and other health care professionals in all work-related situations. Communicate with clients, parents, directors, teachers, and team members Responsible, independent and able to meet deadlines. Good organizational, management skills, and communication skills.
